1. Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation:

• Cancellations days or more before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent of the total booking cost.
• Cancellations made less days prior to check-in, or failure to arrive , will result in no refund.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings :

• Some bookings may be classified as non-refundable. In such cases, no refund will be provided, regardless of the notice period. This will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

2. Modification of Reservations

• Changes to Reservation: Guests who wish to modify their booking (such as changing dates or upgrading rooms) may do so depending on availability. If modifications result in a higher total cost (e.g., upgrading to a premium room or extending the stay), the difference will need to be paid.

3. Refund Policy

• Eligibility : Refunds will only be provided in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined above. No refunds will be given for early departures or for guests who choose to shorten their stay.
• Processing Time : The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
• No-Show Policy : If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without providing prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued. The reservation will be automatically canceled.

4. Group Bookings

For group bookings (more than 3 rooms), a separate cancellation policy may apply. Please contact our reservations team for details regarding group bookings.
