The space
My Villa is a 5 BHK property with a swimming pool and garden. The capacity is about 12-15 people that can have a comfortable stay.
Of the 5 rooms 4 rooms have Double King bed and one rooms had 2 single beds. Each room has AC, 1 Cupbord, 2 chairs with a centre table and a french window opening into a private balcony.
Each room has a spacious attached bathroom with hot water geyser. All the plumbing fittings are Jacquar.
The living room is very spacious and has a sofa and a centre table. Opposite to this there is TV and a TV unit.
Following further there is the dining area with 8 seater dining table.
Kitchen is right next to the dining area which is fully functional and equipped with cooking utilities. A cook is available for cooking and the menu is available once the booking is done.

The open area consists of garden area and swimming pool and parking area.

- [ ] No littering anywhere. All the rooms are provided with dustbins.
- [ ] No shoes in the house
- [ ] The management is not responsible for any loss of belongings of the guests
- [ ] Please make sure to switch off all lights, electronic gadgets, windows, fans, taps while leaving your house
- [ ] Kindly clear all the dues before check-out
- [ ] Booking amount is non refundable.
- [ ] Kindly treat the home as your own home and speak with caretakers respectfully.
Please read & agree to the house rules before booking:
1. Guest has to provide a photo of identity proof (PAN CARD NOT VALID) with address mentioned on it on the email id provided by the host before checking in the farmhouse.
2. The management has a strict no guest policy at our farmhouse unless prior permission has been obtained.
3. The management is not responsible for any loss of belongings of the guests.
4. Management reserves right for admission.
5. No smoking indoors and strictly no drugs.
6. Turn off lights, fans; close the taps when not in use.
7. Keep volumes low so that others in the vicinity have a peaceful stay too.
8. Please close all windows and doors when you leave the property.
9. Promptly let your host know if anything can be done to make your stay better.
10. If a guest brings more than the max occupancy as mentioned in the listing, then they have to pay for the extra guest as applicable.
11. If you damage something, please let us know & arrange for its replacement/repair.
12. Check-out time 11 am and checkin time 2pm or later.
13. Kindly clear all the dues before check-out.
14. Leave our home neat & tidy.
POOL RULES:
1. Proper swimwear is required to enter the pool.
2. Alcohol and food is not allowed inside the pool.
3. Children Below 15 years cannot enter the pool without parental observation.
4. No pets allowed in the pool.
5. Use the shower before entering the pool.
6. Do not run or push nearby the pool area.
7. Adult supervision is a must at all times when children are in pool.
8. No lifeguard on duty.
Rules for Agents :
-The maximum occupancy for this property is not more than 10 guests.
Kindly collect a refundable deposit of 20000/- against damages.
Each agent will be responsible for their own guests and damages done by them.
